Terms of Service

These terms of service applies to all orders placed by the customer with Organic Childhood, at www.organicchildhood.com. Please read the terms & conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order you enter into an agreement with Organic Childhood and thereby accept these terms of service. We reserve the right to change or modify our Terms & conditions from time to time. Changes made after you have placed an order will not apply to that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

Your order

You can review your order before payment and make changes if you need. Once the order has been submitted and payment confirmed on the website you are bound by the order at Organic Childhood and agree to our conditions. The order will not be valid if the shipping and billing addresses can't be confirmed by us. You will receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order. Check your spam filter if you haven't received a confirmation by the next day. Please note that we only accept orders from individuals above the age of 18.

Payment

Payments are possible with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. It is also possible to use Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay at checkout. Please note that a creditcard rate is added to the prize of the order. 

European cards by Visa, Mastercard and Maestro has a rate on 1,9 % + 1,80 DKK.
Cards from the rest of the world by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express has the rate 2,9 % + 1,80 DKK. There is no transaction fee.

All taxes is included to total price at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel your order if any pricing error, due to system errors or stock level issues. If this is the case, we will contact you before cancellation.  

Changes in your order

After your order has been submitted and confirmed by us on email, changes on your order is not possible. For any inquiries regarding mistakes and changes concerning the given address information when submitting the order, it is your responsibility to contact Organic Childhood's customer service immediately at customerservice@organicchildhood.com

Claims

If there is any faulty items in your received order you have 30 days to make a claim from the day you receive the items. If this is the case we will offer to return or exchange the faulty products at our cost. You have a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing faults on your purchased items. This warranty will not cover errors or damages due to normal wear, lack of maintenance or misuse. You will have to contact us as soon as possible when the error or damages occur. If we can not offer you an exchange for the product you will receive a full refund including your shipping cost.
